Booking Terms

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once your ticket has been issued and you have received the ticket confirmation. Payment receipt alone is not ticket confirmation.

Payment

Payments are made only through an approved payment provider. We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements.
